In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product(s) listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding your use of the website. You further agree that information provided by you is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in this Agreement or on the Site, all information, ideas, suggestions, reviews, comments or other communications you submit or post to the Site shall be on a non-confidential basis. SHOP-E-MODE, LLC. shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute such communications without limitation or obligation.

All such submissions shall automatically become our sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned to you. When you post comments or reviews to the Site, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments and other content that you post on this Site and that use of your reviews, comments, or other Content by us will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. You agree that the laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions, will govern these Terms and Condition of Use and any dispute that may arise between you and SHOP-E-MODE, LLC. or its affiliates. All claims and disputes arising from or relating to the operation or use of this Site will be heard and resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Clark County, Las Vegas, Nevada.

If any provision of this Agreement shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

SHOP-E-MODE, LLC. may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
